An insulating mattress is a product that is custom-made with a view to extreme durability. Just like us, you want the highest quality in product and implementation, we understand this only too well. We have therefore chosen to design and produce our mattresses ourselves. This allows us to guarantee a high quality guarantee when it comes to the product and insulation quality.

High temperature is one of the sectors for which we offer specific applications. We understand that companies in this sector undergo extremely critical processes for thermal installations. By tailoring our solutions, we guarantee the highest energy efficiency, fire resistance and safety for chemical and petrochemical companies, among others.

Noise control is an extensive concept when it comes to insulation. In our projects we design and install complete acoustic insulation solutions. With a view to improving your room acoustics, we always focus on the shape and dimensions of the material we use. In this way we ensure that the negative effects of noise pollution can best be combated.

Our insulation specialists come into the picture for insulation issues for which there is no standard solution. We guide you through the entire process to achieve a complete end product. Drawings, designs as well as heat or cooling calculations are of course part of this. We also provide our customers with technical data sheets and, on request, safety data sheets of the materials used.

Cold or cryogenic insulation requires specific craftsmanship so that even the smallest mistakes are not made, this is where we excel. We offer our customers various solutions, such as PIR, PUR, Foamglass, Elastomer, foam, Aerogel and more. We ensure that the right material with the right properties is chosen, whether it concerns cold insulation or -200 degrees C solutions.

Metal sheeting (cladding) is a daily concept for us. Whether it concerns pipework, bends, boxes or otherwise, you can contact us for Metal sheeting in every form of the word. We will measure your project and based on this the sheeting will be put into production and installed. We can install stainless steel, aluminum or stucco plating in various thicknesses. Other materials are available on request.

Customer orders are often sold including installation, or the customer only has an installation order. Our customers can count on specialized installation employees and independent installation teams that can be deployed in any sector. Our employees are always trained with VCA and certificates for other customer requirements or certifications can always be obtained in consultation. 

We are ready for gaskets and cables as a seal for your manholes or viewing holes, but also for the doors of stoves and fireplaces. Elements such as a seal between metal parts are also available from us. From cables to tape to gaskets, in glass, fiber version, aramid or PTFE, filled with core or not. For us, Passive Fire Prevention is a concept in almost every sector we work in, from (ship) construction to technical installations, it is a fundamental part of every sector. We ensure that tailor-made solutions for fire-safe wall and floor insulation systems are provided for every project you need us for. If you need a solution or product that is not yet available, we will develop it for you.

Aerogel is a high-quality alternative to existing insulation materials. Partly due to its water-repellent properties, Aerogel material provides excellent protection against corrosion under insulation (CUI), which saves costs. In addition, the material is excellent to process and has significantly better insulation properties compared to, for example, rock wool. We can advise you on your specific needs.

Maintaining constant temperatures is important in homes, businesses and at industrial and construction level. This applies to almost all sectors we are in, from utility, automotive to shipbuilding. We offer our customers solutions that can be successfully used in temperatures from -200 to +1600 degrees. Whether cold or hot, we offer a solution in almost every situation.

Confection is handicraft & customization. In addition to the mattresses that we manufacture, many other textile insulation solutions are engineered and manufactured by us. Whether it concerns Expansion Bellows (fabric expansion joints) or tube seals and sleevings for the petrochemical industry, we ensure that the right solution is tailor-made.

We call everything that is not standard a specialty. We have the knowledge and experience in-house, which means we are always able to inventory every customer request.
